Shipping and Return Policy

Sale Items

All purchases of items listed under the “Sale” tab are final. No exchanges, refunds or credits can be offered.


There is no guarantee that the particular item being selected for exchange will be in stock at the time of the request. If the item is unavailable, a gift card for the equal amount will be delivered.


If there is any issue with the delivered item (i.e: defects, wrong item, etc) contact our office immediately. The correct items will be resent, and a refund of the original shipping costs will follow.

Any items that are returned with a gift receipt can be exchanged or returned for another item/ gift card equal to the value at purchase. If you do not have a receipt of original purchase the value will be determined from the current listed selling price of the item being returned.

Within the first 30 days following you purchase: You may return the item for a full refund if the original receipt is present. Without a receipt you will be eligible to receive a credit/ gift card equal to the current value of the item.

31- 90 days: Gift cards will be issued regardless of receipt, at current listed value

After 90 days: No returns will be accepted.

*All items must be unworn, unwashed, and it the same new condition in which they were received. Ay items deemed not in acceptable condition will not be accepted, and not refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Please account for carrier transit times and allow up to 3 weeks between time of purchase / shipment for items to ship or return completely. Credits to your account may take up to 2 cycles to show the transaction.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, including fees that are required to ship items back. Credits may be issued on an individual basis for reasonable and unavoidable charges if the returned item is incorrect or defective.
